There is an annual flock keeping spreadsheet available to SCHSB members upon request. If you would like your current flock data automatically populated into the spreadsheet for the year, the registrar will do that for $5 per flock.  This spreadsheet is designed for a lambing season or yearly usage.  You will need to keep a basic copy and start again each breeding season.  This is a tool to help you streamline and simplify your record keeping.
